You can always send blast messages directly from the Patients tab in your dashboard.

First, select your intended recipients. They'll then be reflected in the Selected Patients box to the right of your screen.

Once the intended patients have been selected, click Message. You'll be presented with a screen to choose your message.

You'll then see one final screen to approve your message prior to sending.
