Need to create a custom template to send to a group of patients? Follow the steps below to draft a custom message.
Under Workflows, select Manage Patient Workflows on the upper right-hand side of your dashboard.
From here, click Add New Standard Workflow Template at the bottom of the page.
You'll then be presented with a screen where you can create your custom message.
Note: Where $(first_name) is presented, it will auto-fill with the patient's first name. If any portion of the first name code is removed, the patient's name will not auto-fill within the message.
Once complete, the message template will populate on your Workflows page.
