How do I send a message blast?

To send a templated message to multiple recipients, select Workflows at the top of your dashboard.

Select the message you'd like to send from the list of options on the Workflows tab.

Don't see the message you need? Click below to access a walkthrough of creating a new message.

Next, you'll select your list of patients by searching for the patients' name or birthday and marking the check box next to their name. When a name is selected, it will populate in the intended recipient box to the right of the patient list.

Before the message sends, you'll be presented with a confirmation page for a final review of your message and the recipients.

You'll then be able to see the message in each patient's history within the Inbox.
