Can I send an image to a patient?

Provide images to patients via Direct Message.

Yes! To send an image to a patient, select their record under Inbox. You are able to Start a New Conversation, or open an existing conversation. 

Once in the conversation, select the + to the left of the text box. You are then able to upload an image to your conversation. 

You are also able to send emojis and gifs through Direct Messaging.
