You're able to bulk upload a patient list into the Messaging platform.
First, you'll need to export your patient list from your Pharmacy Management Software via CSV.
Next, login to your Dashboard, and select Inbox. Click the Plus, and then Upload a CSV.
Drag your patient list into the CSV upload box.
Confirm that is the file you'd like to download. From there, you will be prompted to identify the columns that hold the patient's information.
You will be prompted to identify the columns that hold the first name, last name, date of birth, and phone number. Once identified, select Import Patients.
You will see a prompt, letting you know the patients are being imported.
Your patients will then populate into your Patient list. You are able to search for a patient by name or birthday.
If you have Rx30, ComputerRx, Speed Script, or SRS, we can load your patient list for you. If you have one of the aforementioned management software systems and would like us to upload your patient list, please let us know.
