How do I know if a patient has responded to my message?

Once a patient responds to a message you have sent, we have enabled up to three notifications to ensure a message never goes missed. 

First, their message will populate at the top of your inbox and turn bold.  

Second, you will receive an email notification.

Finally, if enabled, we will place a pop-up on your computer, advising you of the message. 

When you first login, you'll be prompted to accept the pop ups. Select Continue on the prompt, and then Accept notifications from your browser.
