Patients can securely send text, images, gifs, and emojis via the messaging platform. If a patient needs help identifying a medication, or if the pharmacy needs updated insurance information, pictures can help simplify communication. 

To send an image, patients will select the camera button next to the text box. 

When a patient sends an image, it will appear in the pharmacy's inbox. You are able to select the image to enlarge the picture.
