Manage your COVID Vaccine appointments by category and vaccine type (First Dose, Second Dose, Booster, etc.). To get started, select ‘Appointments’ in the navigation menu.

Patients will have the ability to select the type of COVID vaccine appointment that they need based on what’s listed in the ‘Visible Calendars’ section. Please review your existing calendar names as they will be visible to patients.

Next, select the ‘Manage Appointment Types’ link in the bottom left hand corner.

From the manage appointments page, you can configure booking details, add appointment blocks with the calendars you want visible on the website, and select the amount of doses you have readily available.
