You have the capability to enable patient-initiated conversations through your Inbox.
We've found it's best to keep patient-initiated conversations disabled at first, so the pharmacy can familiarize themselves with the platform. While the feature is disabled, patients will still be able to respond to any conversation that the pharmacy initiates, but they will not be able to initiate new conversations.
If you would like to enable patient-initiated conversations, access your Settings in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard. From there, select Inbox and then General Inbox Settings.
Once it is toggled on, patients will be able to message you first.
