What is the "Whisper?"

We notify you whenever a lead calls into the pharmacy.

Upon answering a call that came from a Lead Tracking line, you will hear, "Brought to you by Digital Pharmacist," a brief pause, and then the caller. The caller will not hear the "whisper." This is just to alert you that the call could be a new patient.

Note: If you have an auto-attendant with your IVR, you may not hear the whisper. Not to worry, the lead will still present within your dashboard.
