The Inbox holds the Direct Messaging platform. Click the link below to be directed to the Direct Messaging articles.
The Reports page updates nightly with all new metrics. It presents everything from app downloads, to digital refills, to website traffic. Click over to Digital Marketing to see the results of your Digital Marketing package.
The Voicemail tab automatically refreshes to present all new voicemails that the pharmacy has received through the New IVR. Click the link below to learn more about our IVR platform.
The Refills presented have all passed through the Digital Pharmacist platform via mobile app, website, or new IVR. The refills will show any pertinent information that was shared with or by the patient; including prescription number, delivery method, any comments left, and the refill status message delivered to the patient.
Our Lead Management program will present any Leads that have come through a call tracking line. If enrolled in this program, you will see details about the call, such as caller ID, the call recording, and the date and time of the call.

If you have multiple locations attached to your pharmacy, you are able to navigate to each individual location to review metrics, messages, and settings. Under this button, you'll also be able to access account settings, messaging templates, and IVR settings.
