Did the pharmacy just start offering delivery? Make sure your patients know when they submit their refills. Simply open the Prescription Refill Fulfillment option on your IVR Settings menu, and Activate delivery.
You will also be able to Activate or Deactivate the ability for the patient to leave a voicemail attached to their prescription. When a voicemail is left with an Rx number, the Rx number will present next to the patient's phone number.
