In your pharmacy experience dashboard, the option for Voicemail is presented in the menu bar across the top of the page.
You will be able to view the following information:
the phone number that left the voicemail
date/time the message was left
the message type (patient or prescriber)
a transcription (voice to text) preview of the message that was left
an option to play or download the voice message
Keep in mind, the pharmacy experience is accessible from any computer with internet access. Voicemails should be played privately using headphones or from a backroom to ensure all PHI is protected.
