In your pharmacy experience, the option for Voicemail is presented in the menu bar across the top of the page. You will see the phone number that left the voicemail, a preview of the voicemail that was left, the option to play or download the recording, and the ability to mark the voicemail as reviewed.
Keep in mind, the pharmacy experience is accessible from any computer with internet access. The voicemails can be reviewed privately from a backroom, to ensure all PHI is protected.
