From your pharmacy experience, navigate to Pharmacy Hours within your IVR Settings. From here, the pharmacy's business hours are presented and can be manipulated as needed.
If the pharmacy has any upcoming events or special hours for the holiday, they can be added under Upcoming Holiday Hours. When a caller ops to review the pharmacy's hours when they call in, any special hours within the next seven days will present first.
If the pharmacy is using a Legacy IVR product, they will be unable to make changes remotely via the Pharmacy Experience Portal.
Note: If your website/mobile app is through Digital Pharmacist, please contact our Client Success team to adjust your hours on the website.
