Within the dashboard, select the Leads tab. Here, you will be presented with the name of the caller, the call recording, the caller's phone number, the source of the call, and the time of the call.
Note: The Lead Tracking lines are specific to a pharmacy location. If you have multiple locations, the Leads tracking will present on the location to which the phone lines are allocated.
