Within the dashboard, patient reviews are posted with star ratings and comments. The reviews are collected when a patient submits a refill from a desktop. They are meant to find a baseline of the pharmacy's performance. The reviews are entirely confidential and are only shared within the pharmacy's dashboard. 

Reviews are a great way to celebrates achievements in the pharmacy or find areas to improve. Keep in mind, these internal reviews are separate from the public reviews requested from the Reputation Management platform.
