To make edits to your IVR, first, login to your Pharmacy Experience.
In the upper right-hand corner, you will be presented with your pharmacy name. Select the pharmacy's name, and then Settings. Click Communications Platform (IVR) on the left. You will then be presented with a page titled Manage Your IVR System.
