A password has been forgotten! Not to fear, we're make it easy for patients to reset their password, and regain access to their profile. They'll start by accessing the login page on the app by selecting Refills or Profiles.

Once they enter their email, they'll select Forgot Password and Reset Password.

From there, they'll be emailed a link to reset their password, and routed to a reset password page. 

Once their new password has met the outlined specifications, they'll be able to successfully reset their password.
