How to give Facebook Management access

How to provide Facebook access, so Digital Pharmacist can respond to reviews.

We send a request to be an Admin on your Facebook page. The request can be accepted by completing the following steps:

  1. Log into the personal profile that manages the pharmacy page.

  2. In the upper right-hand corner, select the 🔽 and choose the pharmacy page.

  3. At the top of the page, click Settings, and then select Page Roles on the left. 

  4. Toward the bottom, you’ll see a request from Digital Pharmacist Advertising Services

  5. Select Respond to Request > Give Digital Pharmacist Advertising Services access… > Approve Request.

Click Save and enter your password to confirm.
