Digital Pharmacist responds to all reviews that our left for your pharmacy on Facebook and Google.
All of our responses are HIPAA compliant, and are sent by a real person. None of our responses are auto-generated. We will need Admin access to your Facebook Business page and Management access to your Google My Business listing. If you’re having trouble providing us with access, give us a call. We’ll connect you with a specialist that will walk you through the process.
For Positive Reviews:
We thank the reviewer for their post, and let them know that they are valued.
For Negative Reviews:
If a negative review makes its way online, we thank the reviewer for their feedback. Additionally, we will offer a way for the reviewer to connect with your pharmacy, to resolve their concern. We we will contact you to let you know that a negative review has been posted. This way, you can be prepared that someone may be reaching out with a concern.
Additionally, if a negative review is left, and a potential patient saw the review, we want to ensure it’s obvious that the pharmacy is actively trying to resolve the concern. This helps reinforce the level of customer service that the pharmacy already provides face-to-face, and bring it online.
