When a patient requests a refill from the mobile app, the refill will be securely transmitted to you via fax, or placed directly into your Pharmacy Management System (PMS). We integrate with 50 different systems - click here to view the full list.
If we are integrated with your pharmacy, and a patient attempts to refill an invalid Rx number (incorrect number, no refills remaining, too soon to refill, etc), the PMS will send us an error code. We are then able to share the error with the patient, so that they can take the necessary action. For every valid prescription submitted, it will be placed directly into your PMS queue.
