What are the options that patients can select from my IVR?

The options are as follows:  refill a prescription, doctor voicemail (for submitting/ approving prescription refills), patient voicemail, hours of operation, and connect to the pharmacy. At any point, while listening to the prompts, the patient can press 0 to connect to the pharmacy.
